A Journey To Higher Self-Esteem Through Ballroom Dancing

Self-Esteem and Confidence is a struggle for many of people of all ages. While ballroom dancing can be quite challenging, it’s amazing to hear the stories of how it has helped so many people in different ways. Here’s an article from Nancy of Glittered Journeys, where she shares her journey to higher self-esteem through ballroom dancing.  By sharing her story she wanted to  inspire others to attempt and achieve big things.

“I believe ballroom dancing can also be a launchpad to revealing our inner beauty and higher power.” – Nancy of Glittered Journeys

My hope is that people can see that the stories we tell ourselves in our head don’t have to continue to be our only story. How we are today doesn’t have to be permanent, unless we’re happy there. What could your life look like if you believed you had the power to do the things you really want to do? Working through your personal limitations that may be holding you back will bring about serious confidence and self-esteem. My journey to higher self-esteem through ballroom dancing has been awesome and life-changing. My happiest moments are on the dance floor, but through dance I have evolved into a strong, confident, and happier person on and off the dance floor.
