Rules & Guidelines
Please ensure adherence to these guidelines to maximize the benefits of your Team Membership with Dance Vision.
1. Team Membership Requirement:
A Team membership is required to offer Student Medal Testing.
2. Dance Vision Examiner Requirement:
Student Medal Testing must be conducted by a certified Dance Vision Examiner.
3. Unauthorized Student Medal Testing Prohibition:
Conducting Student Medal Testing without explicit authorization from Dance Vision violates our policies. Such actions will result in an immediate ban and may incur legal consequences.
4. Prepaid Medals:
Teams must have prepaid for medals before submitting tests to our office for processing.
5. One Team per Location:
A location is limited to one team membership.
6. Separate Team Plans for Franchises:
Each location within the same franchise or chain of studios must be treated as a separate team.
7. National Championship Attendance:
Attendance at the Dance Vision National Championships is required to receive prize money.
Teacher Leaderboard: The teacher must attend DVNC with at least 50 dance entries.
Team Leaderboard: The team must attend DVNC with at least 100 dance entries.
8. Teacher Certification:
Teachers must be Dance Vision Certified and maintain active status within the Teacher Association to attend the Dance Vision National Championships.
