DVIDA App

The DVIDA app is no longer available for download in the iTunes App Store/Google Play Store. Current subscribers will not lose access.

My app keeps freezing or I get an alert that says I need to update the app.

iOS Phone or iPad

  1. Uninstall/delete the app from you device. Next launch the App Store on your iOS device.
  2. Now, tap on the profile icon at the top right corner.
  3. Next, tap on Purchased.
  4. If you have the family plan, Tap on My Purchases.
  5. Now, tap on “Not on This iPhone” menu on top.
  6. Find the DVIDA Syllabus & Magazine app. Then, tap on the cloud icon right next to the app, and the installation will begin.  When you download the app, you won’t be charged again.
  7. Launch the App then click on Subscribe for Full Access and click RESTORE. This should resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Android Phone or Tablet

  1. Uninstall the app from your device.  Visit the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap on the 3 Line Icon.
  3. Tap on My Apps & Games.
  4. Tap on Library Tab.
  5. Reinstall DVIDA Syllabus & Magazine.
  6. Launch the App then click on Subscribe for Full Access and click RESTORE. This should resolve the issue you are experiencing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscription with iOS

Go to Settings > [select your name] > iTunes & App Store.

Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.

Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.

Tap Subscriptions.

Tap DVIDA Magazine & Dance Syllabus.

Use the options to manage your subscription. Tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscription with Google Play

  1. Launch the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Menu ( the 3 line icon) >  Subscriptions.
  3. Select DVIDA Magazine & Dance Syllabus
  4. From this screen, you can cancel your subscription
