Terms of Participation By choosing "yes" above, I am assuming any and all responsibility for my actions in regard to my experience with W.D. Eng Inc dba Dance Vision and the material covered on DanceVision.com. I realize that dancing can be a dangerous activity and release W.D. Eng Inc dba Dance Vision, it's owners, it's employees, and any and all instructors with a Dance Vision contract from all legal, civil, and financial responsibilities. I agree not to sue or hold responsible W.D. Eng Inc dba Dance Vision, it's owners, it's employees, and/or any and all instructors with an Dance Vision contract if I injure myself while watching any video footage or implementing any lessons from DanceVision.com. This injury includes but is not limited to bone breakage, sprains, skin abrasions, death, loss or damage of property, mental anguish, shortness of breath, etc.
Furthermore, I will not distribute and copy lessons I download from DanceVision.com. I understand that making these instructional videos is a costly and time-consuming process, and that by distributing, copying, or uploading these lessons I am harming the business that procudes them, and keeping the dance instructors from being paid. I promise that these lessons are for my own use only.
PLEASE NOTE: Subscriptions are billed in a RECURRING fashion, meaning you will be billed for the amount each billing cycle until you cancel. You MUST notify us in advance of your billing date if you wish to cancel.
