Although some of the steps are a bit dated, Ron goes through each figure in a nice, slow, step-by-step fashion, and demonstrates the footwork for both the leader and follower, which makes it easier for both parties to understand the step. Ron also offers a few very helpful technique tips and excercises, such as tips on cuban hip motion and natural opposition. A great video if you are completely new to mambo and want to get a good foundation started.
