I was very impressed by the degree to which Jim & Jenell go about discussing the details of each step. It's not just a video of movement for you to de-code. There's footwork, legwork, bodywork and framework that all gets talked about to do it correctly. Although an absolute beginner should probably take some dance lessons to learn the basics about frame and movement, this DVD will allow anyone with the basic understandings of dance to really absorb the material. This was my first dance DVD after 3 years of dancing and I was very skeptical I'd be able to learn from this format. This has been the best $50 I've thrown toward my dancing in the last 3 years. Now I'm confident that this format will work for me. Cheers to Jim & Jenell.
