  I loved this CD and DVD! The DVD discussed issues such as dancing too slow or too fast. TIt showed regular people dancing on the beat and looking fabulous without any "fancy" moves. You can know a million open shines, but if you don't have the beat, then your not going to dance well. This DVD demonstrates that by having everyday people dancing on beat and looking fabulous. This CD and DVD was well organized. The research was meticulous and I am so impressed!
