Trish Stuckey

Stuckey, Trish Trish Stuckey

Trish started figure skating in Houston, Texas, at the age of seven. She competed regionally from age ten until becoming an ice dancer at age sixteen. Since living in Michigan, she has had an opportunity to work with top ice dance coaches and ballroom champions. But her training has not stopped there... ballet, jazz, modern, gymnastics, and off-ice weight training have become an integral part of her on-going career.

After thirteen years on the ice, Trish made a smooth transition into ballroom dancing and instruction, and has a great passion for working with her students.

She is certified with high honors in American Style Smooth and Rhythm in the DVIDA curriculum, and is the Master Teacher for the Teachers Ballroom Dance College. She has developed and teaches her own cardio-fitness class which incorporates Latin dance rhythms.

Trish is an American Rhythm Rising Star finalist and has been Open Professional Competitor. She has performed in many cultural and musical events. She works with top coaches and judges including Mark Brock, Barry Douglas, Diane Jarmolow and Bill Sparks in order to continually advance her dancing career.
