Mary Murphy

Mary Murphy has enjoyed a splendid career in DanceSport with several championship titles to her credit including the United States Nine Dance, Austrian Standard and Ten Dance, Rising Star Champion at the Sapphire Ball, Heritage Classic, Texas Challenge and the International Grand Ball and has been a representative in the World Championships in Standard, Ten Dance and International Latin.

Mary is a member of the Screen Actor?s Guild and has appeared in numerous television, video, film and theater productions including being a featured dancer in the film ?Dance With Me? starring Vanessa Williams. She has choreographed and produced several productions also.

A Feather Award recipient for Best Studio in the Nation and trainer and chorographer for 10 National Champions, Mary is currently the owner and director of the Champion Ballroom Academy in San Diego, CA.
