Shipping prices vary depending on the merchandise and the region to which they are shipped.

Order Process
All orders received after 12 noon Pacific Standard Time - USA will be processed the following business day. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. FedEx cannot ship to any PO Boxes or FPO/APO.

Customs and Import Information
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Return Policy
Please call us when placing your FIRST ORDER. All styles vary, so what may be the correct size in one style may NOT be the correct size in another style. Our shoes are imported from England so they come in English sizes & we need to convert them from the English to your American size. Ray Rose Shoes Returns and Exchanges - We must be notified immediately of any problems with footwear. Authorization is required before any merchandise will be accepted for return. Returns must be in original shoebox and must be received by Dance Vision within 14 days of purchase date. Worn or soiled shoes cannot be returned. We cannot be responsible for return postage for returned items or exchanges. For your protection, you may want to insure the return. We cannot give exchanges or credit for shoes lost during shipment.
